PRICE GUARANTEE

Aside from exclusive pieces from our Cochula Collection we also stock a variety of your favourite brands. We regularly monitor current pricing however should you see the same item at another store for less than we have advertised we will happily price match it for you.

 

How do I request a price match?

Send an email to hello@cochula.com with the item name, price advertised and link where you saw the reduced price as well as what size you are after. Once verified by our team (see conditions of price match below) we will send you a discount code for you to use on that item.

If you would like to use a separate discount code for other items in your cart such as your $10 off subscription code or a current promotion we have running then we suggest placing a separate order for your price matched item as no further discount codes can be used in conjunction with this offer.

 

Conditions of our Price Guarantee 

- Must be an Australian business and priced in AUD dollars
- Competitors price must be current not previously reduced
- Must be in stock, for immediate sale
- Not valid on stores 'pricing errors'
- Not valid on accessories
- Not eligible on products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on marketplace, auction or classifieds websites such as eBay and Amazon, etc.
- Not valid on competitors 'FINAL SALE' or 'CLEARANCE' items (A clearance price is considered 40% or more off the original price) - You can still submit a request however it is at our discretion whether it is approved or not.
- If a competitors reduced price exceeds 30% off our original retail price (NOT sale price), it is at our discretion to offer a price match discount.
- Price guarantee discount code is valid for 24 hours. If you have not made the purchase within this timeframe then you will need to submit a new price match request.
- Further discount codes can not be used in conjunction with a price matched item.
