We offer standard and express shipping options with Australia Post. Items are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase (Excluding weekends and public holidays) from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

Please note there may be some shipping delays due to Covid as well as flight delays/limited flights. These unfortunate delays that may occur are outside of our control.
Delivery Time
All orders placed before 11am AEST are sent the same business day (during operating hours), orders placed after this time will be sent the following business day however due to unexpected delays and during peak sale and holiday periods please allow up to 48 hours for your orders to be dispatched.
Please note we are not open weekends or public holidays.
Delays can also occur if you have not filled out your postal details correctly so please ensure to double check this upon checkout to avoid any postal delays.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed however in most cases you should receive your delivery within the time frames listed above.
Australian Orders
If you have not received your order within 7 business days of dispatch please use the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation to track your order as delivery may have already been attempted or sent to your nearest post office awaiting collection which is what happens in most cases. If you are still cannot locate your parcel after tracking your order and contacting the Post Provider Australia Post then please contact us hello@cochula.com so we can look into this for you.
International Orders
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time of dispatch please use the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation to track your order as delivery may have already been attempted or sent to your nearest post office awaiting collection which is what happens in most cases. If you still cannot locate your parcel after tracking your order and contacting the post provider which is Australia Post International, then please contact us hello@cochula.com so we can look into this for you.
Sometimes with international orders it can take longer than expected to receive your delivery depending on unexpected postal delays and custom clearance times. This is unfortunately out of our control.
Please note once your order has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Delivery times listed above are estimates only and compensation/refunds will not be provided for deliveries that take longer than expected. Cochula is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier and is not liable for any missing parcels caused by either the carrier or incorrect postal details by the customer.
Please make sure you provide an accurate shipping address to avoid delays. Kindly note that our courier companies cannot accept shipping details with non-English characters.
Order Tracking
Once your order is packed and sent out you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your orders tracking number where you can track your package online and watch it move.
Please allow up to 48 business hours to receive your shipping confirmation. If you have not received your shipping confirmation with tracking number for your order please check your junk mail first as it may have been automatically filtered and if you still can't find it contact us hello@cochula.com

Pre-Orders
If you placed an order with pre-order items your order will be sent once the pre-order stock comes in. An ETA for pre-orders will be advised in the product description. If you would like to receive ‘in stock’ items earlier then please place a separate order for this then your pre-order item/s.
Taxes & Duties
Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders. All applicable customs and import duties, fees and taxes as well as any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. In the event that your order attracts these charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
